Get ready for an exciting day of basketball as eight teams from across the North East come together to compete in the DFIC Community Basketball Invitational 2026.

This year’s tournament features:

• 4 teams from Drogheda – Thanders, Ladybird Kitchen, Juggernaut, and 1D
• 2 teams from Dundalk
• 1 team from Navan
• 1 team from Cavan

Expect a full day of competitive games, community spirit, and local pride as teams battle for championship honours.

Beyond the action on the court, there will be food stalls, fun activities, and surprise games for spectators of all ages. Bring your family and friends, and come support our home teams as they take on the best from around the region.
